Sambhav brings 12+ years of M&A and private equity experience across the U.S. and globally. He has closed approximately 20 transactions ranging from under $10 million to over $400 million, across labor-intensive sectors (logistics, environmental services, and manufacturing) to services business (including software and technology). Selected transactions include:

• GreenWaste’s acquisition of Stockton Recycling (Waste & Environmental)
• Maxim Partners’ buyout of Stratum (Manufacturing)
• EMK Capital’s buyout of BHS (IT Managed Services)
• Ace Vector’s acquisition of GoJavas (Logistics)

His work extends well beyond deal-making. As an operator, he has led financial planning and analysis across multiple operating divisions and capital partners, redesigned municipal RFP pricing strategies to win new contracts on the basis of true service cost and competitive benchmarking, and implemented AI and robotics-driven automation in heavy industrial facilities to expand throughput and site capacity.

Earlier in his career, Sambhav held investment and operating roles at Maxim Partners, Software Growth Partners, and KPMG. He holds an MBA with Honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, PGDM from Management Development Institute and B.E. in Manufacturing Processes and Automation Engineering from University of Delhi.

Greg Ryan

Greg brings 28 years of senior operating leadership across multi-site service businesses. He was most recently Chief Operating Officer at a Macquarie portfolio company, where he had direct oversight of safety, technology adoption, contract compliance, and operational growth across more than 10 facilities. He managed over 1,100 employees and led the implementation of new technologies and automation across complex industrial operations.

Clark Colvis

Clark brings 38 years of senior operating leadership across route-based and contract-driven service businesses. He has held Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer roles at multiple companies in the San Francisco Bay Area. Most recently, he served as Vice President at a Macquarie portfolio company, where he oversaw operations across multiple business units and led the company’s pricing and contract negotiation strategy.

Michael Gross

Michael brings 44 years of senior operating leadership in business development, M&A, and government-facing services. In the past, he has led M&A sourcing, community and government relations, contract bidding and negotiation, and operational transitions. He continues to serve on the board of directors of industry certification bodies.
